The 2011 Season of China Touring Car Championship (CTCC) begun in 10th April at STC. With the new 1.6T group，2011 season CTCC is full of expectation .SWV 333 Team jumps from 1600cc to 1.6T group . ASR team and FRC team also participate in 1.6T group.
For 1600cc, Qinghua Ma from Beijing Hyundai Racing Team captured the 1600cc winner with a perfect pole to win. Xu Chen and Zixian He from Haima family racing team grabbed the 2nd and 3rd places. Beijing Hyundai Racing Team wins the first 1600cc manufacture-cup of 2011 CTCC.
For 2000cc, Jiajun Lu from KIA 778 racing team won the first championship title of 2000cc Zhuowei Zhen and Xiaole He(Changan Ford Racing Team) grabbed the 2nd and 3rd place. For 2000cc manufacture-cup, KIA 778 racing team won the cup with 33 point.
1.6T, for the first time in CTCC history, 1.6T groups’ cars show on the circuit. After 25 laps game, only 2 turbo’s cars finished the event. Huayang Gao from SWV 333 TEAM won the first 1.6T championship, and Huping Chen from FRC team got 2nd place.
