The third round of China Touring Car Championship will be held on 17th June at the Chengdu International Circuit, which is being famous for its terrain and rain-hit climate.

After the Chang'an Ford FRD team dominated the first round, Shanghai VW 333 Racing Team made a successful fight back in Round 2 at Zhuhau with victory for Han Han with technical support from SUNRED Engineering. Both of them will be suffer with additional weight penalties this weekend.

This may be good news for Kia 778 Autosport, which have to compete with the naturally-aspirated Kia Fortes. But it has not only to face the challenge from other privateers like G Racing, ASR de Marco and Summit - S Wave Racing, while GDTV TSB Racing will be absent from this round after switching to the Hong Kong Touring Car Championship with their Honda Accords.

The qualifying will be held at 16:00 (local time) on Saturday 16th June.
